How does purified water work?
Our Water Fed Pole systems pump purified water from our vans through to the pole and brush. Using reverse osmosis water purification technology, we are able to de-mineralise and de-ionise tap water. Minerals found in tap water, particularly calcium and magnesium, leave white residue on glass after cleaning. By removing the dissolved chemicals and minerals in tap water, we produce pure water, and because of the chemical nature of pure water, it absorbs particles from any surface that it touches.
When used to clean glass, the pure water absorbs particles of dirt leaving it sparkling clean. Detergents are not required, which reduces cleaning time and cost, as well as benefiting the environment. Just brush the water on, rinse it off, and the result is a streak-free finish. When the window is dry, it stays cleaner as there is no residue for dirt to adhere to.
Using water-fed poles allows us to remain on the ground whilst cleaning several storeys of windows and as we aren’t on ladders as much, it allows us to clean in less time and at less risk. It also provides increased privacy for you employees, minimises inconvenience, and reduces the risk of potential damage to the building and surrounding areas from ladders.

How much do you charge?
We can give you an estimate if you give us a call, but we will need to see the property to be able to give you an accurate price. We can assure you of a very reasonable and competitive price.
How do I pay you?

Do you come around in the rain or bad weather?
We can work in most weather conditions apart from very heavy rain or high winds. Normal rainfall, during (or after) the cleaning will not affect the quality of our work. In fact, the pure water left on the windows and frames will actually dilute the dirtier rainwater and dry off clean.
Why are my windows left wet?
Unlike using tap water which contains minerals and chemicals that can leave smears and unsightly marks, when using pure water there are no chemicals in it so you will find it will completely dry off leaving the window perfectly clean.
